With over 25+ years of experience in the construction industry; owner, Cy Gannuch was born and raised in New Orleans. A graduate of Jesuit High School and Louisiana State University. Cy started his professional career in Atlanta where he joined Pritchard Brothers Inc, a family owned business focusing on building custom speculative homes. In 2008 Cy and his wife, Stephanie, moved to southern California where he worked with an engineering firm until 2010. In 2010 they planted their roots in Tampa where he started Green Door Construction Inc. Focusing on custom home building, historic renovations, and additions.
