Custom Homes

With his experience in subdivivion land development and overseeing the construction of 100 + new homesin Atlanta and Tampa. Cy prefers a hands-on approach to each project. He is very meticulous consistently giving each project the attention needed in every phase of the construction process. From clearing the land to final walk through, Cy is on the job site daily, maintaining quality control. Integrity, transparency, and direct communication with Cy has resulted in many repeat clients throughout the years.

Commercial and Office Space

A majority of our work is residential but we do specialize in custom office build out such as the recently finished Vinson Law, a late 1800's victorian, located in the heart of Tampa Heights. Another unique commercial project was the Dental Office of Dr. Ron Oneil "The Family Dentist" where we salvaged oak doors from the Old Federal Courthouse (now Le Meriden Hotel) to give the office space the rustic look desired by the designer.
